    All prices at are in UK POUNDS Sterling GBP. We aspire to 100% stock availability. Occasionally demand may mean that we have run low on certain stock items or have had to wait longer than anticipated for new stock to arrive. If we are out of stock of a particular item at the time of your order we will still endeavour to deliver your order within 28 days. The waiting time for new supplies can be variable, as we are dependent upon our parts suppliers. On the rare occasions that the waiting time is going to be longer than a couple of days, you will be e-mailed with the option of continuing to wait or cancelling the order. Please ensure you have supplied a correct and valid e-mail address and / or daytime contact telephone number.

    We may occasionally discontinue certain items or change the specification and / or the items appearance without prior notice. However, If this is likely to effect the items purpose, suitability and / or sizing, we will notify you and make the amended information available.

    Under all circumstances, if significant delay in dispatch is anticipated due to unexpected late arrival of stock, serious weather problems, etc, you will be notified and given the option to cancel your order.

    Please note: Bank Holidays will cause delay to delivery due to non postal delivery & non order processing on the days affected.

    1) Standard inland UK delivery is charged at £2.85 (Up to a maximum 2 kilo's) Sent via Royal Mail, delivery normally within 2 to 5 working days (signature required).

    • Orders must be received by us before 1pm in order to be processed for same day dispatch
    • Goods ordered after 11.00AM Saturday will not be despatched until Monday.
    • Orders with a total weight over 2 kilo's may be subject to a further charge dependant on final weight and package size - we will contact you if this applies.

    2) Express 'Next Working Day' inland UK delivery is charged at £5.60 (Up to a maximum 2 Kilo's) Next working day made before 1pm for orders placed before Midday Mon-Fri (signature required).

    • Orders must be received by us before 1pm weekdays in order to be processed for same day dispatch.
    • Orders placed after 1.00 (PM) Friday cannot be guaranteed and may not arrive until the following Monday morning.
    • Some orders may be sent using a Courier service - these also require a signature for delivery (delivery may be made between 8am and 5pm).
    • Orders with a total 'packed' weight over 2 kilo's will be subject to a further charge - we will contact you if this applies.

    3) Customers requiring delivery on Saturday (within mainland UK) with package weights over 2 kilo's: please note that these may be subject to a further surcharge to cover the high cost of this special service - we will contact you if this applies to your order. If in doubt please call or email us before placing your order. Normally this will only apply to large orders for multiple items.

    4) Orders made from within Europe including Ireland (the 'EU') delivery (shipping) is charged at £8.50.GBP.

    • Orders with a total shipping weight over 1 kilo may be subject to a further charge, you will contacted if this applies to your order. Please allow 7 days for delivery. We cannot guarantee to make delivery on a particular day.

    5) International orders (outside of Europe or the 'EU') i.e USA, Please contact us as we will need to provide a special shipping quote.

    • Orders with a total shipping weight over 1 kilo may be subject to a further charge, you will contacted if this applies to your order. Please allow 10 days for delivery. Delivery cannot be guaranteed to be made on a particular day. N.B. Some world destinations are subject to restricted or non availability of certain delivery services from the UK, if this becomes apparent you will be contacted prior to final processing.
    General information for customers ordering from outside the UK. Items are certified to UK / EU specification.

    Please be aware that imported goods can be subject to restrictions and / or additional charges in some countries. Any payment received in Non UK currency must include the equivalent of £10.00 GBP to cover bank exchange charges.     All customers please ensure... The details you provide for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered. If you supply incorrect or inaccurate address details and your order is returned to us as a result of this, a charge will be made for re-delivery.

    Undelivered / returned items - Please note... If we have attempted to deliver your goods via Royal Mail Recorded or Special delivery and the goods are returned to us as you were not home and failed to pick up the goods within the time limits imposed by the post office, we will treat this as a cancelled order and we will make a charge to cover our costs in sending these goods out to you. You will also be charged postage at our current tariff if you require the goods to be redelivered. We regret that we cannot be held responsible if the post office has failed to notify you of an attempted delivery. You will need to take this up with the local sorting office. In the unlikely event that your goods have been lost in transit, we are unable to refund or resend goods until our enquiries have been completed. This can take up to 15 working days, as a trace will need to be issued to track your goods. In most circumstances this will be resolved sooner.

    If you fail to notify us that you had not received your order within 1 month, we may not be able to refund or reimburse. However, if the item is finally returned to us undelivered by the postal or courier service, we will contact you to inform you of such and ask if you require redelivery.

    N.B. We do not reimburse any P&P charges once an item has gone out for delivery.

    Recieved incorrect items... If we have sent out an incorrect item, please contact us without delay and we will instruct you how to return the item back to us. We will send you the correct item at no further P&P charge but will charge the full item cost until we receive the returned, incorrect item back in our warehouse. Once the incorrect item has been accepted back (in undamaged, as new condition), we will issue a refund including your return P&P costs.

    How to cancel

    Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase at any point from the time of ordering until seven working days after delivery.

    To cancel this contract, telephone the OnSolar LTD Customer Service Team on: 0844 800 8479 or e-mail our customer services team with the order number and your instruction to cancel. If in the meantime you receive your cancelled order please refuse delivery / return item back to our returns address (see later below) and you will be reimbursed all costs as soon as we receive the returned goods. N.B. We do not reimburse any P&P charges once an item has gone out for delivery.

    If we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost. We will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that order as soon as possible, and in any case within 30 days after we receive your notification.

    Split Orders

    What happens if part of my order is not in stock? normally despatches in-stock items immediately. If part of your order is not in stock, you can either split the order and have the available products sent immediately, with the remaining items sent when they come into stock, or we can hold the available items for you and send in one shipment once all items in your order are available. You will only be charged for one delivery however many shipments we make to fulfil your order. All products will be shipped as soon as possible (subject to credit clearance and availability of stock).

    Shopping basket

    As you shop on the website, you can add or delete products to/from your shopping basket. You can reach the shopping basket by clicking on the "basket" button on the top of any page. If you change your mind, the shopping basket will allow you to remove or change the quantity of any product you have added at any time.

    Payment by Post

    If you don't want to enter your credit or debit card details on the website or order by telephone, simply make out a hand written order form indicating the items required (including prevailing rate for P&P) then post your completed order including card details, signed Personal Cheque or Postal orders to us at:

    Payment Information

    Orders placed via telephone or mail...

    We accept most credit and debit cards including Visa & Visa ELECTRON, MasterCard, Delta, Switch, and Solo. We do not accept Diners Card. Alternatively; you can pay by personal cheque or Postal Orders. Please do not forget to sign your cheque and write your name and address on the back. Please cross postal orders and cheques and make all payments to OnSolar LTD. It is not advisable to send cash by Post - we cannot accept liability for lost monies sent via post.

    Payment is made via PayPal. You may use a PayPal account, alternatively you can pay via your Credit or Debit card as usual by inputting your card details direct into the PayPal online payment process (this does not require you to open a PayPal account) - see images below

    Comments about our goods or services are always welcome whether good or bad. Without criticism we cannot asses any changes that may need to be made to our website or products and service. If you have made a complaint and require a reply please state this at the time of writing.

    Returns Information

    We are happy to replace or refund faulty goods if returned to us within 2 weeks of purchase providing they are returned in the original packaging. If goods are deemed to be faulty they may be returned to us within 30 days for replacement at our discretion - we will examine the returned goods and give a refund or replacement based on our decision, which is final. Customers wishing to return goods must contact us by email or telephone first. When returning items please include your order receipt and a covering note explaining the reason for return so that we can identify your order quickly and replace or refund goods as may be applicable. Only goods returned in as new condition will be refunded or replaced. Please do not return items with damaged, missing or defaced packaging as this cannot be put back into stock and is therefore scrap.

    Please allow up to ten working days for your goods to be returned to us (Please note: to ensure we receive your returned goods we recommend using recorded delivery). As soon as we receive your goods we will endeavour to process your request, for either refund or replacement as quickly as possible. In some cases this may take a few days so we would be grateful if you could bear with us. Please note: If you have changed your C Card or your original C Card has subsequently expired we will not be able to make a refund back to the said C Card. In these cases we will contact you. We will let you know via the supplied e-mail address or telephone number as soon as any refund has been processed.

    We advise you for your own protection to retain your proof of postage for any item you wish to return, as we cannot be held responsible for packages which are damaged or lost in transit. request that goods should be returned in their original sealed packaging where possible, with labels intact. Goods must be returned in as new condition, unused and suitable for re-sale (This does not affect your statutory rights). We reserve the right to make a charge for damaged or missing items and packaging, which may affect the total amount credited to you. Items returned for exchange may be subject to a small re-stocking surcharge.

    We reserve the right to charge a £10.00 restocking fee on returned items which are comprised of multiple items /large packaging.
